Y'all, I'm somewhat excited to say, tomorrow is our last Business Mastermind Meetup at the bank! I've learn a lot over the last five weeks and I know there is much, much more to learn. Last week our facilitators, Melissa and Jill focused on the need for Entrepreneurs to seek out both a personal and professional boards of directors.

We also completed a written exercise in which we identified members of our personal board of directors using characteristics of folks, family and friends currently active in our lives. We meet for one hour each week, so this exercise took up most of our time.

In addition Joseph P Forline suggests: Every great leader has a team in their corner.

The people behind the scenes.

Pushing them.

Guiding them.

Supporting them.

Knowing them.

Helping them.

To be the best, you need people holding you accountable to be the best version of you so you can be the best for others.

A personal Board of Directors can help you be the best version of you.
