Transforming The Technician Tuesday: Entrepreneurship -Wk 05

 

Our last Pinnacle Business Mastermind meeting day is August 19th, so tomorrow is our next to the last day! 

I had some trouble getting myself together last week and even though I did not transport my daughter and Grandson to work, I was five minutes late to the meet-up for absolutely no reason! 

We have four young women from a local restaurant, a man from a landscaping type business, a young woman who runs a cleaning service with her mom and me in regular attendance. So, that's a total of seven folks plus the Pinnacle ladies, which brings us to a total of nine dedicated people in the weekly meetings.

In my opinion last week's meeting focused much on Standard Operating Procedures or as many businesses would say SOP'S. The landscaping man brought up CEO Dashboards, which I had never heard of and he also mentioned an SOP Training program titled: Training Wheels.

What really resonated with me this week from my reading was according to Michael E.  Gerber, franchise is simply your unique way of doing business and unless your unique way of doing business can be replicated every time, you don't own it.
