Transforming The Technician Tuesday: Entrepreneurship -Wk 04
Each Tuesday, I sit down with my notes, book and workbook to review what I learned or need to address from our one hour Wednesday morning meeting. Our in group activity last week involved developing steps to systematize and or document five areas of our current business operations, I say steps because creating and implementing systems is actually a step by step activity. The four areas of business we addressed are listed below:
The one thing I had Previously determined needed to be documented in my business this year was the numeric reach results, so yesterday I shared the numbers.
