MONDAY MORNING MEETINGS: Chief Bucket Filler

 

The Chief Bucket Filler is the driver of each and everyone of the bucket filling jobs and or positions.

Per David Cottrell "the Job of a leader is to keep everyones bucket filled. The leader is the Chief Bucket Filler, and the best way to fill buckets is with excellent communications. In his book Monday Morning Leadership, David lists four things one must do to keep the teams moving forward and motivated. 

 

A full bucket requires knowing exactly what are the main things

To keep buckets filled provide the bucket holders with feedback

Let the bucket holders know they and their positions are cared for

The bucket holder's team also needs to know how they are performing.
