Transforming The Technician Tuesday: Entrepreneurship

 

Y'all, this week, I start my third Pinnacle Mastermind Class! I'm not exactly sure of the dates, but I know this is my third opportunity to discuss the business of being a small business owner, with other small business owners. I've read the dedicated book (The E Myth Revisited) three times as well. The main premise of the book is to understand the everyday battle of the entrepreneur. Ultimately, most every small business owner must evolve from the state of infancy/technician through the state of manger, in order to one day become a successful entrepreneur. I'm super guilty of  sitting in the technician's chair for way to long, but after personally, experiencing this dilemma, I now have a better understanding of the necessity of continued growth.
