Per By Faith Flower Farm & Fed By Faith: In 2020, due to her dedicated conservation efforts over the previous 10 years, Lori Birckhead was awarded the well-deserved accolade of Conservation Farmer of the Year by The Davidson County Soil Conservation District. “We knew when we originally bought the farm it didn’t really feel like it was our land. It was just entrusted to us for a time, and we had a responsibility to not just protect it, but to leave it even better for future generations."
