FOOD FIGHT: A ROUGH START TO MY BREAD MAKING JOURNEY

Y'all, I simply had no idea WHEAT FLOUR contained proteins! Well, not until I purchased some yesterday and read the packing, which clearly states the flour has 13. 2 % protein. Well, you may not know it, but I'm also a PROTEIN fanatic  due to Type 2 Diabetes. Like I said, yesterday I purchased my first bag of Whole Wheat Flour, but I had no idea, I would also need :
  • 1 cup hard red wheat berries
  • 1 cup spelt berries
  • ¼ cup millet
Not only did I not know I needed the berries and millet, I simply have no idea of what they are or if I actually have a need of the above? 




Anyway, not having berries and millet makes a rough start to my bread making journey!
