keeping the main thing the main thing! The Bible Study Fellowship Approach

I'm so Thankful for Bible Study Fellowship, it sure helps me keep the main thing, the main thing! 

We were likely ending our class last Wednesday, when Charlie Kirk was murdered. I was actually shopping when my cousin called me with the horrible news. But, my shopping continued as I had heard of Charlie Kirk as he was set to speak in a few weeks at the largest non denominational church in our community.

What I really. adore about Bible Study Fellowship, outside of their four prong approach is the boundaries which they employ in ministry. Political and Church affiliation is not mentioned or shared during class time and fellowship hours. The primary mission of the CHURCH is to reach the nations, with the mission, message, mandates of Jesus Christ with the methods and manners The Lord God Almighty has firmly established. Anything, outside of that, in my opinion is Biblical Treason.

 I'm so Thankful for Bible Study Fellowship, it sure helps me keep the main thing, the main thing and the main thing is a person and his name is Jesus. There is no other thing. There is no other person, greater than the one and only son, the Lord God Almighty sent to save us wretched people from our sins. I don't care how many thousand of chapters of Turning Point USA were set up over the weekend. The Mission and Mandates of Jesus were firmly established by God, who is no respecter of persons. We can Trust HIM. 

For there is no partiality with God. Romans 2:11 NASB 1995

And we can clearly see with our spiritual eyes, when a mission is firmly established with biblical principles in mind and when one is established with monetization in mind!  Each chapter, class of Bible Study Fellowship collections donations and a percentage of those donations are reserved for facility use and the chapter/class books are balanced to a set amount and reported to the chapter/class on a regular basis.   

When monetization is such a hefty part of the equation, of the rise of popularity of an entity and or persons, we simply cannot attribute the motives of followers to anything but the money.
