My Mother always, always talked about Anne Spencer and her poetic work, so many years after her death, I remember our many conversations about Anne Spencer. After some reflection, I took to the internet to find out all I could about this poet, Anne Spencer years ago, and like my Mother, I fell in love with this Harlem Renaissance legacy, as well.
This Sunday Spaces is dedicated to Anne Spencer.
