FINANCING FRIDAY$: Paying more for less at Dollar Tree

 

I went to buy a few things at the Dollar Tree the other day and noticed their promise to hike prices was on and popping. Without tax, I spent a total of $28.75. I purchased twenty-three items. So, the quarter increase in price per item cost me an extra $5.75! At the old price of $1, I could have purchased at least five more items. I'm not mad about it, but paying more for less is paying more for less, any way we cut it.
