A DOUBLE UNION (Historic Black Franklin Tennessee)

I’m super sad by the loss of our amazing double second cousin, we all know as Hattie B!

Her Mother was my Grandmother’s sister!

And her Daddy, was my Granddaddy’s Brother!

Two brothers married two sisters and the result was some 27-30 children living in the heart of FRANKLIN Tennessee for years!

Sadly with the passing of cousin Hattie B, the number of the remaining original children of this DOUBLE UNION sits at less than five.

But the GOSPEL GOOD NEWS is the number of Grands and Greats is almost innumerable!

Poppa Will McCULLOUGH and his brothers walked to Tennessee by the way of the Carolinas and settled south of Franklin and of course eventually two of his sons (Jimmie D and Frank) moved and settled a little North into what is now Franklin!

Like ABRAHAM, Poppa Will knew not where he was going or the number of descendants his travels would eventually make!

Hattie B and her dearly departed husband once lived down the street from my dearly departed parents for years, so she was also a neighbor!
