By now you may have guessed it: Mexican Cuisine is one of my favorites! Recently, I had to figure out what to do with some fresh tomatoes and peaches, So Fresh Peach Salsa was my solution. I. just went to chopping the peaches and tomatoes, plus red onion and cilinatro and soon it was salsa!
