Theses days, Sizzling Sunday Suppers will likely taste like spinach, as my new favorite thing (since Christmas 2021) is to challenge myself on not wasting spinach! I'm a spinach snob. I love fresh spinach and I love to eat it washed and right out of the bag or garden, if I had one! Sautéed
