Flex Fuel : Easy Huevos Rancheros (Taco Tuesday)
One of my favorite foods is Huevos Rancheros. So when I found this recipe in a ONE PAN DINNERS MAGAZINE, I was all kinds of excited. But, what you should know is I got a little to creative with my first round of baking Huevos Rancheros. I used a taco spice packet in stead of the listed spices and I added yogurt in stead of milk. Well, my egg pie was tasteless, but since I used a dozen eggs, I just added more salsa and ate it anyway. There is much to be said about following some simple instructions.
