Ornament Swap

Been sewing more & more lately. Last week I made a new cover for my art table and this week, I'm whipping up some ornaments for the ornament exchange I'm doing with friends from Kelly Rae's Flying Lessons class. This is my second one, but this pleating process is not something to rush. I got the idea from one of those grocery store magazines, I didn't want to buy just for the instructions to create these little jewels. I wanted to create a handmade ornament, that was pretty simple and super economic to mail. So after several key word combinations, I finally located some sew easy instructions to share with you. Because it's a swap I'm expecting some pretty nifty ornaments in my mail box as well. Like this one from Ornament Exchange idea organizer Suzanna Leigh. Lots to look forward to this busy Holiday season. How bout you?
